Attendees will leave able to: 

1: Participants will be able to describe the key concepts of IFS, including parts work, the role of protectors, and how these influence clinical work and interactions in the counselor-client relationship.

2: Participants will be able to apply IFS-informed techniques to help supervisees identify and work with their internal parts, fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, and professional growth.

3: Participants will be able to identify the parallel process in supervision and supervisor roles of identifying their own parts and supervisee parts that influence the supervisory relationship.
