Working with Children and their Parents Struggling with Anxiety and Anger: Using Imagination, Mindfulness and Brain Science Based Strategies Webinar (Live, Virtual)

Friday, February 14 at 10 am EST/ 9 am CST

1 NBCC-Approved Continuing Education Unit Provided

Description: In this workshop we will breakdown the stress response in ways that a young child can understand. We will explore how to help our clients, both children and adults, when they need simple science-based strategies to start feeling better. We will also explore what gets in the way of calming skills working and how to improve outcomes. Although the information in this presentation is geared towards children, strategies discussed are effective for all the parents and adults we work with.
