The conference will be held in person at the Health Pavilion at the University of Indianapolis in Indianapolis, IN.

Theme

The 2025 ICA Fall Conference's theme is Integrating Innovation: Advancing Therapy Through Technology with Olivia Uwamahoro as our keynote speaker.

Keynote Speaker:  Olivia Uwamahoro (Williams), Ph.D., LPC, NCC, ACS, CPCS is a Clinical Assistant Professor with the Department of School Psychology and Counselor Education at the College of William and Mary and sat on the American Counseling Association Artificial Intelligence (AI) Group Work Taskforce. 

CEs: Get up to 10 CEs for Mental Health Counselors, School Counselors, Social Workers, Addiction Counselors, and Marriage and Family Therapists.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

  • Admission to all continuing education sessions at the conference
  • Admission to networking event on October 3rd 
  • Admission to Exhibit Hall 
  • NBCC-approved Continuing Education Units 

NBCC- Approved Continuing Education Provider: Indiana Counseling Association has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 2015. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Indiana Counseling Association is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs. This program is recognized as providing CE Clock Hours for Mental Health Counselors, Addiction Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Social Work licenses in Indiana and can be applied towards licenses under the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Board.

Cancellation and Refund PoliciesRefunds, minus a $50 cancellation fee ($25 for Students) will be made upon written request to ICA, received on or before September 19, 2025.  No refunds will be given for late cancellations or no-shows.  ICA shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event that a workshop(s) is canceled, rescheduled, or  postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence, or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible.  This shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.  Speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing.  Circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and /or topics.  As such, ICA reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever.  Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.

Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability and Indemnification Agreement: By registering for the ICA Annual Conference, participants hereby assume all risks, known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, in any way connected with participant's participation in the Conference. Participant accepts full responsibility for any liability, injury, loss, damage or death in any way connected with their participation in the Conference.

Participants hereby accepts full financial responsibility for any personal medical expenses or treatment which may result from participation in the Conference, and hereby releases ICA in full from any potential claim for such medical expenses. Participants agrees to pay any and all costs, fees, expenses and charges arising from any act or conduct of Participant that results in damage or injury to any person, including, but not limited to, any third party participant of the Conference.
