The presenters will actively demonstrate their transformative and creative approaches to supervision in the online environment utilizing both the Discrimination Model (Bernard & Goodyear, 2014) and a psychodynamic approach (Bomba, 2011). In online supervision, there is an increased need to provide formative feedback that matches the needs of a diverse cadre of supervisees. Developing practices for gauging interpersonal development and skill acquisition are imperative to ensure supervision outcomes (Cicco, 2013) and facilitate counselor identity development.
